安装

下载了Windows8.1 中文专业版，安装时间不长，安装也很简单。

首先当然是下载Windows8.1 中文专业版了，下载地址可在网上轻易找到，这里就不提供了。下载后为一个iso文件。

用虚拟光驱加载即可，不需要刻盘，也不需要写入U盘（因为都很麻烦）。挂载之后，双击setup.exe进行安装。（这是在win7环境下的安装方法，win xp下还得刻盘或者写入U盘，然后从U盘启动才能安装。）

首先它会分析系统是否可以安装，分析通过后让你输入安装密钥，根据需要输入下面序列号：

win8.1系统安装密钥：
核心版：334NH-RXG76-64THK-C7CKG-D3VPT
专业版：XHQ8N-C3MCJ-RQXB6-WCHYG-C9WKB
媒体中心默认升级密钥：GBFNG-2X3TC-8R27F-RMKYB-JK7QT、RR3BN-3YY9P-9D7FC-7J4YF-QGJXW

我选择了专业版，输入了专业版序列号。然后就是常规的复制文件、重启、安装和配置，然后手动配置语言选项、色彩、用户账户和密码等等。最后就来到了桌面。安装完毕！

但是这个系统是未激活的，因为我们从始至终并未激活。网上说可以输入你以前已经拥有的Windows8的序列号来激活即可。但是我没有，所以我必须找别的办法了。

网上的办法是用电话激活。我成功的使用电话激活的方式进行了激活。当然，我用的不是下面的办法，因为太花时间，我用几元人民币在淘宝上激活了。

激活方法和操作步骤

激活步骤如下：

1.按键盘Win徽标键+X键 ,再按A 选命令提示符（管理员）
2.输入 slmgr /upk 回车
3.输入 slmgr /ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx  回车 (xxxxx是密钥，恕我不提供，自己得找了。提示：去百度贴吧找吧！)
4.输入 slui 4 回车，国家选择英国，下一步，得到通过电话激活windows界面，
5.然后安装skype国际版，（使用Rskype recorder破解版还可以边打电话边录音）拨打激活页面上提供的电话号码（也许你得给你的Skype先充值哦）

7.激活id，将激活id对应填入A-H，即可激活。
8.输入 slmgr /xpr 检验计算机是否为永久激活。为了以后重新安装，需要备份激活信息，请继续看步骤。

9.   重装备份方法一：保存好密钥和微软反馈的激活id（即A—H的8组数字），以后好无限次重装系统
10.重装备份方法二：魔方备份：http://mofang.ithome.com ，这样备份后也可以重装系统
11.重装备份方法三：直接备份C:\Windows\System32\spp\store\这个文件夹，
重装系统后只要把这个文件夹覆盖就可以（覆盖前先停止sppsvc服务：控制面板→管理工具→服务→找到Software Protection服务→停止，或：管理员身份运行cmd输入net stop sppsvc然后复制覆盖store文件夹，覆盖后再开启此服务——管理员身份运行cmd输入net start sppsvc。

 WIN8应用商店中安装应用，总是出现0x80240437，无法安装怎么办？

解决办法：

一、同时按下windows+R键或者将鼠标移到左下角点击鼠标右键后，选择“运行”
二、在“运行”窗口输入services.msc；找到“Windows Update service”和 “Background Intelligent Transfer service “，将这两个服务停止
三、到 C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\，将其下面的所有文件删除；
四、找到“Windows Update service”和 “Background Intelligent Transfer service “，将这两个服务重新启动！
五、应用更新就会成功了！

下面这是解决方法的英文原文

a) Click on “Start” and select “Run”.
b) Type, “services.msc” (without the quotations) and hit “Enter”.
c) Scroll down to the “Windows Update service” and “Background Intelligent Transfer service “and Right Click and select “Stop” for both of them.
d) Navigate to the path-
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\
e) Delete all the contents of the folder.
f) Now, follow the steps from a) and then b). Select “Start” for both the services.
g) Check if the issue persists.
